BookFest 2022 – Truths Worth Telling (non-fiction)

Truths worth telling is the first event being held at the Armouries, in the Gallery, for our Saturday day time event. During which you can expect to enjoy readings from Mikka Jacobsen, Modern Fables; Mike Trussler, The Sunday Book; Kate Graham, No Second Chances: Women and Political Power in Canada; Karin Wells, More Than a Footnote: Canadian Women You Should Know. Books will be sold and signed around the corner in the Amphitheatre space. As a special treat, we will have Vanessa Shields doing poetry on demand at the Biblioasis on-site Bookstore in the Amphitheatre space.

Schedule and line up may be subject to change. Ticket refunds not available, or transferable to tax receipts.

It’s not too late to become a member and receive discounts on tickets. Email us the completed LAW Membership Form with payment.

As a bonus, with a purchase of either a pass or individual ticket, you will receive an email with video recordings of authors (not performing at the in-person events) that will be available for 2 weeks after the Festival.
