BFW19 Workshop: Francophone program for Students Marc Keelan-Bishop, Bryan Perro and Paul-François Sylvestre

Paul-François Sylvestre will explain to students and to adults how the Windsor-Essex region has inspired him to write at least three novels, including one on the prohibition period (1919-1929). The three “dear outlaws” in CHERS ESCROCS are characters bearing typical names of the area: Dufour, Marentette and Lespérance.
Paul-François Sylvestre décrira, pour jeunes et adultes, comment la région de Windsor-Essex lui a inspiré au moins trois romans, y compris un sur les années de la prohibition (1919-1929). Les trois personnages dans CES CHERS ESCROCS portent des noms typiques du sud-ouest ontarien : Dufour, Marentette et Lespérance.
